Overview
BookUrProperty is a real-estate marketplace: listings, enquiry and live communication between buyers and agents, including virtual interaction over WebRTC.
The Challenge
Marketplace apps stall when chat, media and listings live in separate silos. Agents needed to talk in real time without leaving the listing context.
The Solution
I built the Flutter client on GetX with Firebase for auth and realtime channels, and WebRTC for virtual walkthrough-style sessions tied to a listing.

Engineering Challenges
- Kept listing context attached to the chat session so an enquiry never becomes an orphan thread.
- Integrated WebRTC signalling with the existing Firebase realtime layer.
- Handled reconnects for chat so a dropped network does not duplicate messages.
Outcome
Delivered a marketplace client with live communication in the same product as the listing catalogue.
