Overview
Lisa AI is a conversational assistant product: scheduling, smart replies and WhatsApp-oriented automation rather than a generic chatbot demo.
The Challenge
Assistant products fail when they feel like a prompt box. The work was to turn NLP output into concrete actions — schedule, reply, follow up — inside a mobile client people already live in.
The Solution
I built the Flutter client around conversational threads, with NLP-backed replies and scheduling actions wired to WhatsApp APIs. State is organised so a failed model call does not take down the rest of the thread.

Engineering Challenges
- Mapped model responses into typed actions (reply, schedule, follow-up) instead of dumping raw text into the UI.
- Handled partial failures so a timeout on one turn does not corrupt thread history.
- Designed the mobile surface for operator use: fast scan of a conversation, not a playground.
Outcome
Shipped as a production assistant client at Seraphic Pvt Ltd — a working automation product, not a model demo.
